When Sally Plunkett (Plunkett Orchards) asked KMD to be involved in the Branding and Identity for her new range of ciders, we jumped at the chance. We had worked with Sally previously on her Thieves + Duffers wine, and found the experience thoroughly enjoyable, so we couldn’t wait to get stuck into this one. Sally has a wonderful ability to build such a strong narrative around what it is she’s doing, that the design solutions tend to evolve effortlessly as an extension of her story telling. Add to that the exquisite Illustrations from renowned Melbourne artist Lisa Coutts, and it’s hard for us to take much credit at all for these beautiful labels. Illustration: Lisa Coutts.
