Working under the guidance of local Ad Agency Alchemy Media, and in particular Creative Director Peter Sutherland, KMD was asked to develop what at the time was considered a Campaign Logo for an ad campaign that Peter had created. Initially a Show Me Shepparton campaign, we took visual cues from the Show Me brand that we’d created previously, and tried to use an existing visual language, to create consistency and brand familiarity. We looked to create a sense of excitement and wonder about the wonderful things that were emanating out of Greater Shepparton, and position the city as the literal HEART of regional Victoria. The campaign was so successful, that it’s become a permanent Regional Development Strategy, and a cornerstone of the city’s marketing activities.
